Garlic Edamame

Yields: 4-6 servings
  • 1 pound edamame, frozen
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium low heat then add garlic.
  2. Continue cooking over low heat until the garlic starts to become translucent, stirring to avoid the garlic from sticking.
  3. Turn the heat up to medium-high, add frozen pods and stir to coat the pods in the garlic oil.
  4. Continue cooking for approximately 5-6 minutes, or until the pods are no longer frozen and starting to brown.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt.
