  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag Oriental vegetables, frozen
  • 2 cup instant rice
  • 1 cup teriyaki glaze
  1. In a skillet, cook chicken, in oil, over medium heat until no longer pink.
  2. While the chicken is cooking prepare rice and vegetables according to package directions.
  3. When the chicken is done, stir in the teriyaki sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes.
Build-a-bowl: 1 cup of rice topped with chicken and vegetables
