- 1 bunch Kale, cleaned and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Remove the ribs from the kale and
- cut into 1 ½-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil and salt. Place on a baking sheet
- and bake for 15 minutes, turning once. Bake until crisp.
