Ingredients
  • 1⅓ cup Frank's red hot sauce
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • Tabasco sauce (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper over medium sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until butter melts then simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.

  3. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool a few minutes, sauce will thicken as it cools. Stir in salt and add Tabasco sauce if more heat is desired..
